Cancellation Policy

Robinson Policies 1. Payments All services must be paid in full upon completion unless part of a subscription plan. Subscription services are auto-billed monthly and are non-refundable once billed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment apps. No checks accepted. 2. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are first-come, first-served. Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments Appointments canceled or missed without 24 hours' notice may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in service refusal or termination of any active subscription. 4. Service Scope Services include the tasks listed in the selected package. Excessive dirtiness (e.g., heavy mud, stains, excessive pet hair, mold, strong odors) may require additional time and incur extra charges. Robinson Wash & Detail reserves the right to refuse service if the condition exceeds the booked package without prior notice. 5. Vehicle Condition Customers must disclose any fragile, damaged, or sensitive areas before service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile parts, aftermarket accessories, poor paint conditions, or issues that may worsen during standard cleaning. 6. Property and Personal Items Please remove all valuable and personal items from your vehicle before service. Robinson Wash & Detail is not responsible for lost or misplaced items left in the vehicle. 7. Weather Policy In the event of bad weather (heavy rain, hail, storms), appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will work with you to address reasonable concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case. 9. Subscriptions Subscription services renew monthly until canceled by either party with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Subscription cleanings must be used within the month; they do not roll over unless otherwise stated. 10. Policy Changes Robinson Wash & Detail reserves the right to amend policies, pricing, and service offerings with or without notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the late
